Dr Rajkanna shows concern for her patients and is committed to trying to sort out the problem. I have seen her a few times, she is friendly and reassuring and genuinely has the patients interests at heart. When the first course of action in my case didn't work she arranged for further scans at Addenbrookes hospital to be carried out which located the abnormal parathyroid gland that was causing my problem.

I was referred to Dr Rajkanna following an MRI scan which revealed an enlarged Pituary Gland. 1.) Communication: Dr. Rajkanna provided me with timely communication in a simple and clear way. She took adequate time to explain the unique medical terms and why she is making certain recommendation and prescriptions. She kept me informed regarding my referal to other specialists such that she greatly help me not to panick or worry. she takes time off her day, on several occassion, to ensure my General practitioner are providing me with the required care on a timely basis. 2.) Care: The care she has provided for me has been very professional and personal to my needs and my condition. She helped to arranged a field vision test for me to align wiht when Iam seeing her. Thus, reducing the number of times I took off work for my care. 3.) Though I am not a medical professional, I feel that her competence is not in question as I can see great improvement in my condition based on her care, prescription and guidance. Overall, she is approachable, kind and committed to her duty of care to me. Thanks.

I had a very positive experience with Dr Rajkanna during my consultation on 25 August. She asked personal and challenging questions sensitively and listened generously to what I had to say. Very courteous and professional, she took care to communicate effectively so that I really understood what she was saying rather than getting lost in medical language as one so often can when in contact with a medical professional.
